• All Commission are strictly for personal/non-commercial use only, unless a separate written agreement is made for commercial licensing. (Credit me if you choose to use your commission publicly; social media's profile picture, etc.)
• You acknowledge that commissions are digital-only; no physical items will be shipped.
• I reserve the right to reject commissions for reasons including (but not limited to):
1. Content beyond my skill level.
2. Themes that cause discomfort (e.g., hateful, illegal, or NSFW content.)
3. Overly complex designs requiring adjusted pricing (you will be notified beforehand.)
4. Themes that I'm not comfortable working with.PAYMENTS
• Payment Required Upfront: Work begins only after full payment is received.
• Additional Fees: Complex designs or add-ons may incur extra charges (details will be discussed beforehand.)REVISIONS
• YCH (Your Character Here) Commissions: No revisions, WIPs, or sketches provided. Final artwork will be delivered upon completion.
• Custom Commissions: Includes three (3) revisions rounds during the process.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Standard Delivery: 1-4 weeks (varies by complexity and queue).
• Rush Fee: +50% for deadlines under 7 days (subject to availability.)USE
• All copyrights of the work belong to the artist. I have the rights to use the image in my social medias and portfolio.
• Please not claim to be the artist of the image.
• Don't remove my signature in the drawing.
• I will be very appreciated if you credit me on your page.
• Personal Use Only: post the artwork on social media, personal social media icons/banner. Work commissioned for personal use are NOT authorized to be sold or reproduced with intent to be sold in any way.
• Monetized content is for who wants to use the commissioned artwork/assets as a part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content.
• Commercial merchandising is for who wants to create, promote, and re-sell their own digital or physical end product made with the commissioned artwork/assets.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership & Usage
• I retain full copyright and moral rights to all artwork.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal/non-commercial use.
Prohibited Actions
• Do NOT edit, trace, resell, redistribute, animate, or remove my signature/watermark.
• NFTs are prohibited: You may not mint, sell, or claim ownership of commissioned art as NFTs.
• AI Training: My artwork must NOT be used to train AI models.
Confidentiality & Display
• Portfolio Use: Commissioned work may be displayed in my portfolios/social media with watermark.
• Private Fee (NDA): If you want to keep your art commission private, you have to pay an additional +60% to waive display rights (kept confidential.)REFUNDS
• No Refunds unless I am the one who cancelled the commission.COMMUNICATION
